Beechdown Weddings

Once you’ve chosen Beechdown, please call 01256 362211 or email us at eventsoffice@beechdown.co.uk to check the availability of your desired date.

We will hold your preferred date for seven days.

To secure your date, a refundable deposit of £350 is required. Payment can be made by credit card or directly into our bank, details will be provided upon request.

After we receive your deposit, an initial contract will be sent to you along with the Terms of trading. Please sign and return the documents at your earliest convenience. 

The remaining balance of the total estimated cost will be due three months before the event.

Yes, all prices in the brochure are inclusive of VAT.

Children aged three and under are complimentary.

The last call for orders at the bar is at 11.45pm,  and the bar and disco will conclude at midnight. For an extra fee of £100, we can extend the hours until 1am. 

We don’t offer on-site accommodation, however, there are numerous hotels in the vicinity. 

We have complimentary onsite parking for up to 130 vehicles. Please note, the gates will be locked after the event. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up early the next morning. 

Sleeping in vehicles on the premises is not permitted. 

At Beechdown, we offer all catering in-house based on the packages available in the brochure.
